MRDF supports campaigning on fair trade and climate change

Affiliations and memberships

MRDF is a member or supporter of the following organisations, campaigns and networks.

ACT International - a global alliance of churches and related agencies working to save lives and support communities in emergencies worldwide.

Advocates for International Development - a charity bringing together the legal and development professions to gain maximum impact in achieving the Millenium Development Goals.

Bond - the UK membership body for non-governmental organisations (NGOs) working in international development.

DEA Global Learning Charter - DEA is an education charity that promotes global learning, working to ensure that  young people in the UK learn about global issues such as poverty and climate change.

The Fairtrade Foundation - the independent non-profit organisation that licenses use of the Fairtrade Mark on products in the UK in accordance with internationally agreed Fairtrade standards. 

Stop Climate Chaos - The UK’s largest group of people dedicated to action on climate change and limiting its impact on the world’s poorest communities.

The Robin Hood Tax - A tax on banks that has the power to raise hundreds of billions every year to help tackle poverty and climate change around the world.
